‘Awareness is the first step in healing’ - Dean Ornish

Seeking help can be difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. Siraya wants to extend a helping hand to everyone who hesitates to take the first step.

We believe that with the right resources, everyone can be the master of their own well-being. Siraya aims to make these resources available and accessible to one and all. We want to make finding the right help and understanding your needs easy and comfortable for you.

While we all might need support from time to time, it can be tough to ask for it. We want to encourage people to speak up and reach out without feeling judged. Every change starts with a conversation!

It is just as important to get the right help as it is to recognize when you need it. We want to help you find the right fit with a professional who can be your wellness companion. We want to make reaching out to professionals just as quick and convenient as ordering food.

Message from the Founder

It is estimated that 70 to 80% of people struggling with mental health concerns in India do not receive care. While the need for mental healthcare is growing, it is essential to connect it to professionals in the right manner. We started Siraya with the intention of making mental healthcare accessible to more people in India.

Seeking the right help shouldn’t be so difficult. Our goal is to provide high-quality care at an affordable price and to serve as a link between mental health needs and care.

Sometimes, seeking help can be difficult because of a lack of knowledge. Mental health is still stigmatized in India, and there isn’t enough information out there about it. We aim to start a conversation about mental health and normalize it in every household. It is okay to not be okay and seek help!

Siraya wants to be part of as many individuals’ mental health journeys as possible.

Let Siraya be part of your journey!
